Top most Hypoallergenic dog breeds

In truth there is no such thing as completely hypoallergenic breeds.

All dogs produce microscopic skin flakes that are inhaled or get into your eyes which we call dander or saliva.

This is what causes some people to have allergies.

However because this list contains mostly low shedding breeds, it is believed that they produce less dander and are better for people that are allergic to dogs.

If you have allergies, it would be a good idea to spend some time around the breed you are considering before you buy, to see if the breed will cause you allergic reactions.

This is a list of hypoallergenic dogs.
